Sure-Fi Advance Replacement RMA Terms & Conditions
By requesting an Advance Replacement from Sure-Fi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Warranty Coverage and Charges
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned unit, Sure-Fi will determine whether the product issue is covered under warranty.
- If the issue is not covered under warranty, the credit card on file will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
2. Return of Faulty Unit
- The faulty unit must be returned to Sure-Fi within 30 calendar days from the date of the Advance Replacement request.
- If the faulty unit is not returned within 30 days, the credit card on file will be charged for the full replacement cost of the unit.
3. Credit Card Authorization
- By requesting an Advance Replacement, you authorize Sure-Fi to charge the credit card on file in the following cases:
- The returned unit is found to be out of warranty.
- The faulty unit is not returned within 30 days.
4. Condition of Returned Unit
- Returned units must include all originally supplied components.
- Units damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation will be deemed not covered under warranty and charged accordingly.
5. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with the Advance Replacement process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
